What is the real reason behind the Lakers losing

What is really wrong with the Lakers? Could it just be the lack of chemistry, or more of the management of the team.
Shockingly enough, the players were shocked to have Mike D'Antoni as their coach. Not because of his skills in couching, but how they went from one of the best coaches in the NBA to him. They had Phil Jackson as their coach for many of their victories, and from many of their loss, the fault wasn't as much of coaching problems as it is now. So what are they planning on doing? Already, voters show that Mike is losing by 73% - 11%.
The good news is that Phil will be coming back. The mystery though is his injury having great effect on him. Will that discourage the team more, and help them accelerate them in their upcoming games. The other things is, Coach Phil isn't really use to coaching without Steve Nash on his side, and considering Steve Nash also being injured might just be a problem or him, and to the team.
The new obvious is the new team, Lakers are just not the same any more. So with this change, how will this play out for the coach? We really get to see his coaching skills after he comes back. Hopefully we won't be disappointed like the other games. I personally think that it was partially coaching problem, but how do you explain the total blow-outs of their new grand team? It just amazes me how they have Howard for the center and still be that way, considering his offensive-rebound skills. I'll get back with more updates in the near future, after the Thursday game of the Lakers.

they're not good enough bro. I told you the coach made them try and they had heart before but are just slacking off since they won a long time ago.
