The NBA and the Wizards only confirmed that there was an investigation and it was led by the law enforcement of Washington DC. The NBA was suspend indefinitely on Jan 6 2010, he was convict of gun possession in DC and was give 2 years of probation and 30 days in halfway house. The wizard traded Gilbert to the magic for rashard Lewis.
